Worship with Us!

Picture
A warm welcome awaits you when you come to join us as we offer to God a sacrifice of praise and thanksgiving.

What to expect:
We read scripture, we sing hymns and songs, we hear a sermon, we pray, and we remember the Lord's death and resurrection in our celebration of Holy Communion. Our worship is warm, energetic, and traditional.  We stand, sit, and sometimes we kneel. The 10:00 am Sunday service usually lasts a little more than an hour.  We worship following the order of the 1979 Book of Common Prayer.  If you are not familiar with it, that's okay.  Most of us became Episcopalians later in life, so we know a little of the experience of learning our ritual pattern.  We try to make it easy for you to participate, and someone is always glad to help you find your way.  You can always watch a previous service on our Facebook page.

What to wear:
Clothes.  Seriously, whatever is comfortable for you is acceptable.  You will find a wide variety of attire.

Where is worship this month:
We move between our two church buildings each month for our principal Sunday service.  Usually, we worship at St. Mary's during even-numbered months and at Holy Trinity during odd-numbered months.  Check the front page of this website for up-to-date information regarding worship places and times.

Where to park:
At St. Mary's:  There is limited parking in the drive around the church.  Much of this parking is reserved for those with mobility issues.  You may park here if a space is available, just be sure not to block the driveway.  A larger paved lot is located behind the church and down the hill.  You can access this lot from Beaver Creek School Road by turning onto St. Mary's Road and then turning left onto Ed Messer Road.  If this lot is full, you can park anywhere on the side of the road or in the yard adjacent to the parking lot.  There are stairs from this lot up to the church.

At Holy Trinity:  There is a large parking lot behind the church and adjacent to the Mission House on J.W. Luke Road.  Limited handicap parking is located on J.W. Luke Road just beside the church.

Who is welcome:
Everyone.  No exceptions.
